  1. That is true. Workflow-wise ("renderless") this plugin works pretty well to transfer grades from BL to Avid. But using it to actually grade inside Avid is not of too much joy.
  2. Alternatively you can buy an x-keys and macro-program the buttons. It's super easy, even if you haven't done it before and have no idea about macros.
  3. Hi folks, since Pomfort and I basically live next door to each other here in Munich, we sat down together a couple weeks back and have developed a nice workflow to transfer looks from LiveGrade to Silverstack and from there to SCRATCH: http://pomfort.com/news/2016/08/livegrade-pro-silverstack-assimilate-scratch-one-seamless-workflow/ For everybody working on-set with either LiveGrade or Silverstack (or both), this might be pretty interesting - enjoy: Cheers, Mazze
  4. Hey Andy, good to see you on here - I'll be in Amsterdam all the time, but am not sure how freed up my evenings are. Btw - I'll mostly be at the Bluefish and Marquise booths in hall 7 all day, except for sunday. If anybody wants to pop by - feel free :-) .

    DNxHD player

DNxHR Op Atom works fine in SCRATCH Play - support for DNxHR OP1A is on it's way, but might take some time^^.

    DNxHD player

Try SCRATCH Play: http://www.assimilateinc.com/products/scratch-play/ It reads DNxHD/HR MXF and also Quicktime encoded with DNxHD/HR, plus has some rudimentary CDL/LUT grading options, scopes, plenty of raw formats, support for VR, Oculus and a bunch of other stuff. And it's free of charge - when starting it up, just switch the licensing tab to "free player" and enter your email, that's it. Cheers, Mazze
  7. Hi all, we're planning to post new tutorial videos about SCRATCH here, as they are being released - starting with the "Getting started" tutorial for new users. More videos will follow (new ones as well as existing ones) - stay tuned!
  8. Another tutorial, that might be helpful especially for Resolve users. Differences and similarities between the two are outlined, making it easier to adopt. Cheers, Mazze
  9. Hi all, there's a new tutorial out, that shows the usage of SCRATCH Web and how to publish from either the full SCRATCH software, or the free SCRATCH Play. A trial channel on SCRATCH Web is 2 GB and free of charge, if you wanna try it :-) . Cheers, Mazze
  10. Hi all, for those, who do not have the time to invest 30 mins to watch our getting started tutorial, here is a quick and dirty version that'll get you going within 5 minutes :-) . Cheers, Mazze
