If you purchase a premium membership you agree to authorise us to charge you the agreed subscription amount for the agreed upon on a yearly base, unless an alternative renewal timeframe has been agreed in writing until your subscription is cancelled. you can cancel your subscription any time by e-mailing us from the e-mail address that you used to subscribe with us by explicitly requesting a cancelation. As all services are digital and cannot be returned there will be no refunds.

You agree that you understand that membership pricing lock-ins are valid for as long the subscription stays active. 

You will agree that if you file a dispute though a payment processor (Including but not excluded to credit card companies, banks, paypal) against us that you allow us to disable your access to our services by disabling access to your account and licenses. Once the dispute is fully processed and the funds (including dispute fees) have been fully released to us you can request reinstatement of your account and licenses. You agree that any costs related to a dispute will be at your own expense and that Lowepost will not be responsible for any lost subscription time/loss of product access after filing a dispute though a payment processor.

Lowepost accounts are strictly personal. You agree to not share your account to anyone else. You agree and understand that your subscription can be terminated if it’s found out that you share a user account with someone else. You agree that any costs due to loss of access will be at your own expense and that Lowepost will not be responsible for any loss of subscription. If you wish to transfer your account to someone you can contact Lowepost support.
