I own a CM171 and I have nothing but positive things to say about Flanders. The CM171 is a bit small to do really nitpicky work related to noise reduction, grain and other minute and fine details, but overall it's a fantastic monitor from a great company.

I can't recall what the differences were between models in terms of graphics cards. My computer has an AMD Radeon Pro 580 8GB card installed.

I run a "top of the line" 2017 27" iMac Retina 5K from my home setup. I've never had any issues and I am currently using it to work from home during the quarantine. Before the quarantine I was working from an office off of an iMac Pro. The iMac Pro did have faster render times than my home setup but other than that it was not mind-blowingly faster.

It’s not required to show before and afters. It’s sometimes a bit “old fashioned” or amateur. Before afters are really only helpful for getting clients that know absolutely nothing about color grading. Make multiple reels and use them for each applicable job you’re trying to get. In regards to credits, do what Arri and RED request with their sample footage. They care more than the viewers about being credited. This is my two cents hopefully it finds you well.

Julius, you're the man! I want to commend you on the latest version of MIDIGrade. You really knocked it out of the park! Fantastic work. The mapping is great and the controller behaves even smoother. I'm sure that other users have mentioned similar suggestions as myself but it feels as if you personally implemented some of my suggestions. I'm eager to see how MIDIGrade behaves in DR15 as I've yet to upgrade.
