Rulers in DaVinci Resolve?

I need to position text very accurately, are there any rulers in DaVinci Resolve?
I know I can use OFX grid, but it's not a good tool for positioning graphic elements relative to other elements elements.

For now I always calculated the spots relative to the aspect ratio.

as per ruler you mena something that can draw a straight line horizontally and vertically and can be arbitrary moved 

or do you need also measurement in pixel or centimeters, like photoshop?
 

for the first one with a bit of time I can try to write a dctl since I was kind of tackling something like this already to excercise, I don't know when will be ready tho

Can you not use the OFX grid in a timeline node?

It will then just sit over the top of every shot/element. Not as convenient to switch on or off, but there seems to be nothing in the safe area settings that will give you what you want.
