I too was in the middle of this nightmare ! Crqsh and crash and crash after crash for days, I felt like a snob refusing to work on a single monitor display, but it felt like such a simple yet essential issue to deal with!
Only noticeable problem: it seems to provoke minor (very minor) display issues like blinking contextual menus, and my mouse buttons act as if being pressed twice when using I'm in other programs like a web browser.
More info on Nahimic: It's reportedly an audio enhancer for headphones, both supplied in many laptops (and desktop PCs?) by MSI and ASUS. Not sure what benefits we're missing on once we disable it... https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/nahimic-audio-service.3396247/
