Bledar Cili September 10, 2020 Share September 10, 2020 I just started a project, feature film. But I see that many scenes are low ligh and consequently very noisy. The movie is shot with Sony FS7 s-log 3, in internal codec 10 bit. I'm a Baselight user and I'm thinking of using DeNoiser but result is no better than Neat Video ofx plugins in Resolve. Please can you suggest me some advance noisreduction technique in Baselight or Resolve? Thanks Bledi

Bledar Cili September 11, 2020 Author Share September 11, 2020 I did a test to resolve with neatvideo plugins ofx and the result was much better but in rendering it is very heavy. That is, there is a better technique in baselight 5? Can have the same result in baselight?
Christian Berg-Nielsen September 11, 2020 Share September 11, 2020 Hi Bledar I would check out this video from Filmlight: https://www.filmlight.ltd.uk/store/events/live-webinar-baselight-qanda-thursday-4-june/ and look at 55 min where Daniele Siragusano will go in depth on how to get the best result out of the denoiser in Baselight. I don't think you will get as good as a result as Neat Video but very close in my experience.
