Nicolas Hanson December 9, 2017 Share December 9, 2017 I feel that I can see if I'm looking at a feature or a drama series simply by judging the look, even though the drama could be a high profile show. Am I the only one, or are there some differences that might distinguish the way the images are treated that makes a feature look like a feature and a drama look like a drama? Sam Gilling December 10, 2017 Share December 10, 2017 8-10 days to shoot 42 minutes of TV vs 30-100+ days to shoot 100 minutes of a feature. Similarly you might grade a 42 minute show in a couple days vs spending 1-3 weeks on a feature. TV budgets are getting bigger, but you've just got more time to light sets in features and then more time in the grade to refine things. Link to comment Share on other sites
