    Shoot color. Use the Channel Mixer in Resolve, or Color Cross Talk in Baselight underneath a desat node or layer. Kind of like using filters and shooting BW. I love what happens to Sky using this method.

    Yes Amada, it's the closet but for luma only. For rgb differentials, I find by switching back and forth between log mode and standard primary grading, that I'm not really missing bands. On a side note... Are we related? lol.
