alan mahon June 5, 2017 Share June 5, 2017 Hi (I put a similar question up on hardware but no one answered it, so I thought I'd ask here as well - hope that is OK.) I am based in New York. I am not in a post house now but i am having interesting conversations with some, and I may get an offer of some sort soon. The issue is, I have literally never touched a full-sized Da Vinci control surface, and I think it is really important for me to get some familiarity with one. I wondered if anyone can suggest how I could get some familiarity? 10 minutes would be beneficial; An hour would be great; any more would be insanely amazing. I can pay a rental fee if that helps..? Many thanks to y'all Alan Mahon www.NiceGrade.com
Nicolas Hanson June 5, 2017 Share June 5, 2017 How about booking a two hour grading session with a colorist, using the time to get to know the surface instead of doing regular work?
