I wanted to cancel my annual membership last year, but there was no obvious button on this website to do so I forgot about it and I just got charged again.  There’s no button on this website to cancel. I reached out and asked for cancellation and did not get a reply. My last invoice says canceled so maybe that means that it worked, but I don’t see any concrete confirmation because that was a double charge, I tried to block it on my credit card.  

This is ridiculous. Put an obvious button to cancel the service on your website. I’ve paid for years and it’s annoying that you don’t make it straightforward and easy to stop paying.  Not a lot to ask for.

Admin, Please make sure that I’m not going to get charged next year THANK YOU. 

if I had gotten a response to my email, I wouldn’t be posting here by the way
