Looking for tenants, ideally in post-production, to rent a creative office space with the potential to collaborate and help offer a full range of post services.
A three-room office space with a main room/lobby, two smaller private offices, and a shared storage space. The main room and a smaller private office are for rent. Each room has exposed high-truss wooden ceilings with side-street facing windows with cinder block walls.The space comes unfurnished with central heating and air-conditioning and a shared storage space that can be used as a coffee station/server room/printing room or storage.
