New File Transfer Solution for Colourists

[Sameer Deshpande]

Hi guys.

I’m a DP who’s helping develop a file transfer solution geared towards colourists, post professionals, filmmakers and other creatives. The goal is to create a pay as you go solution that maximises your bandwidth so you get the most speed from your current connection.

In our conversations with colourists and other film professionals, we learnt a lot, and implemented features like simultaneous uploads and downloads, resumable transfers, link life extension and request links. And it’s way more economical than MASV or Aspera. A 1TB transfer that’s got a link life of 1 day costs just $2.18.

We have built the first version of the product, and we’re looking to get feedback from it being used in the real world. We would love for you guys to try it out. We are driverock.io. There are some credits preloaded into your wallet as soon as you sign up, so that you can try it out risk-free.

Please do reach back out to us with your feedback once you’ve used DriveRock. It will help us improve out product immensely.

Thanks all,

Regards
