Is the grading training for beginners?

I am looking for a high quality course on grading that goes in to detail, but starts with the basics. Is this training ideal for grading newbies? I edit proffessionaly since 5 years and I do very basic grading in Premiere, but have very little experience in in depth grading, especially with davinci / nodes.

Any opinions much apprechiated!
