A little late to reply, but my guess is that the lilliput is not worth it.
You could make an Eizo work, but you need to limit the gamma/color space with monitor calibration or a LUT box (unless it has a rec709 preset).
Imo, your first grading monitor should be a flanders. They’re affordable, work incredibly well, and FSI will calibrate your monitor for free for life. See if you can find one used.
