How is this look achieved?

I've been seen a lot of this guys work, and it's stunning. I wonder though, how is he grading this? It looks so natural, but yet you can see that it is graded. Any suggestions? Both the low light and good light shots And yes - he's insane at rotoscoping. Holy fuck.
