    Hello all! Tonight I completed build my new PC. Motherboard X10DRG-Q, CPU Xeon E5-2658 v3, CPU Fan Noctua NH-U12DX i4. On first computer run, I noticed that CPU Fans work in variated speed. From 300 to 700 RPM. Repeats regularly in time. I have a problem? You comments please )
