You should check NEC, Barco and Christie. You should probably have a look at the DP2k-P and DP4k-P projectors from Barco. If you want it cheap, you could call a local calibration guy and ask if he knows about a used projector for sale.

The NC1201L will do just fine for P3 and 709 in normal conditions, but make sure to have it set up and calibrated properly.

You're definitely safe with that choice, it reads all content except Dolby Vision and the reviews are great. A bit pricy.

Just to update the old post. We are using the JVC Z1 (LUT calibrated via BoxIO) from 1 year now and we are very happy.

This seemed like very interesting uni but did not find pricing on it yet.

Any ideas?

It is not cheap, but I think is more about 35 k (incl. VAT). The good thing is that is pretty silent, so no booth required and for us that was pretty important.
